I filed my taxes on Tuesday and the state still hasn't accepted the return. Anyone else who used Turbo Tax had this issue?

Damn man. Paying for state is a rip off.

That said. Haven't filed yet...

from LDR website:

quote:

The first tax returns will be processed February 15, 2013. The first refunds will issue on February 26.

The IRS just started accepting returns with education credits on them. Sometimes it takes states a couple days to catch up with the IRS, That could be an innocent reason for a delay. Otherwise the reason for non-acceptance is some sort of failed information check.

I filed mine on February 1 (efile w/ TaxAct). Got my Federal refund this past Wednesday. It still hasn't been accepted by the state.

I didn't use TurboTax for the state....too expensive considering you can file directly on the state's site for free.

You could've spent 10 minutes on the LDR site and saved that coin.

It's not TurboTax, it's the state. I filed two returns on Saturday using H&R Block and they're still not accepted by the state.

I e-filed Fed & State on 1/31. I had education credits so it got delayed. My state return was received on 2/1 and this has been the message on the state site since then.

quote:

Your return has been received but processing has not been completed.

The Federal was accepted on 2/15 and I am still waiting on refunds from both.
