No guy in this situation every thinks the child is not his, until the woman gets caught fricking around, or a divorce comes into the picture. I get why the judge made the ruling, laws are laws. There are plenty of stupid laws that frick over people on the regular. Although, logic has to come into play her and the guy should not be forced to pay her shite. I don't see how the all powerful military can't get him out of it.

Is there any article on what the judge said? I know the verdict just would like to see how the conversation was in the courtroom. I have a feeling it was awfully tense.

Get involved, we need more men to not just read these stories, but start to stand up for our own reproductive, child custody, and support rights.
Unfortunately the lib womens groups have a long history already in the courts and with politicians.
Get involved dude. I am, and we need more help.

Disregarding the paternity issue that has been discussed. The judge also fricked him on the amount. That's an extrememly high child support payment, particularly given his income. The woman must not have a job because the judge is basically requiring him to pay the FULL amount to raise the child and assuming no contribution from the mother.

There are times in life when bad people have to die and sometimes innocent lives are lost in the process. This is one of those times.
If it was me, this problem would be solved. I could live with guilt.
