400 sf/ton

I would go with two units totaling 6.5 tons (depends on how the house is layed out)

equipment will run $400-500 per ton depending on SEER you get.

I have seen it go for $2,200 a ton. So if you with the 6.5 tons your looking at $14,300.00
Lots of variables that can change that price.
