While I think the suit will fail, I do think its pretty damn stupid to have changed the rule that was previously in effect. There are MANY things that fall under the catrgory of being a felony that are pretty damn petty. If its a non violent offense, and you are qualified for the job, there is no reason to be denied employment for something that happened over 7 years ago
