According to the Sun-Times, Knox is still walking with a limp 14 months after his spinal fusion operation, and "struggles to sit or stand" comfortably. "I was centimeters away from being paralyzed, so just sitting here and talking, I’m appreciative of that," Knox said Wednesday. "Just the hard work that I had to put in. Just to be able to stay in and do everything in my daily life that I used to do."

I've owned him in fantasy at some point every season he played, waiting for him to break out

Tough player. I wish the best for him.

Haven't heard his name in a while and was wondering what happened to him.
Hate to see something like that happen.
I wish him all the best and Hopefully he has a good future after football.

That stinks. The Bears missed him last year big time.

man i got hit like that one time when I was surfing during a tropical storm. i was off my board and a damn wave came up and knocked the ever living shite out of me and threw me face first underwater. the back of my feet hit the back off my head and I was in incredible pain. I thought I was gonna drown in about 6 inches of water until my bro dragged me up on the beach. I couldnt walk for a few days.

Just think how many fewer broken hands and holes in walls/furniture there would be without fumbles. It'd make watching football so much safer.

Can't say I blame him, that was a vicious hit.
