Y'all can end the thread.
The answer is eggs.

Plus they are awesome dipped in the SAUCE, that true crawfish boilers make to dip everything in.

well that would make since if the thread title was
"name an interesting Thing to throw in a crawfish boil" but the plural implied multiple choices.

Though Eggs will be in my next boil. Heck I haven't had a boil yet this season, and a still unused burner. May have to stop at Restaurant Depot tomorrow.

Are you from Shreveport? If crawfish are done right you don't need any sauce. Besides, the damn sauce just slows you down from eating more crawfish.
