I'm convinced you don't know who it is, and when they release it you'll say, "see I told y'all it was a legend".

I'm gonna go with Neil young.

But I don't see why they would do that. They've already got Tom Petty, why get another old timer? Not that Neil Young isn't still great because he is but that just doesn't make sense to me

If it's not Paul McCartney then that's all I need to know. Festival is a failure.

Just looked up the prices for shuttles and they are 60 this year

Haha some things about this festival are a fricking joke. They were letting people on the buses last year that didn't even have shuttle ticket. They seriously try and squeeze every penny out of their patrons

Yea, I wouldn't understand if it would be Neil. Even Petty surprises me. I'm pretty sure their target markets are drive able university students who have money and just finished school for the semester. I love Petty, and have seen him live before, but dont think he's someone that should be at this particular festival.

And the only other legend I would really want to see (if you even consider Tom petty a legend, I guess to some he is) would be David bowie. I really do love Neil young, sir Paul, and Dylan as much as the next guy, but bowie would just be fricking awesome

Of course it's not going to be him, just saying, that would really be the only "legend" they could announce where I would be like, "holy shite that's huge"

Edit: plus bowie isn't playing a festival and not closing it out dude hasn't come out with an album in over a decade, him playing would be a major deal

Some pretty good acts and a bunch of ones I', not interested in...

It may just be me (and I'm older), but the beach is the absolute last place in the world I'd want to see a bunch of bands...

Where would the perfect festival atmosphere be for you?

I can't answer for him but spirit of sewanee(wanee and bear creek festival) and the gorge (Sasquatch festival) are pretty awesome festival atmospheres

One is in the woods and the other, well the other is at the gorge.. Nuff said

That being said, he's wrong, the beach is a great place to see music.
