That's not the issue and you know it. If Obama wants to read off a Teleprompter, I don't care. Rubio can do it too, but you better look as poised doing it.

Rubio sucks on a prompter and a written speech. The man is INSPIRING off the cuff; he really don't need the prompter.
Did yall notice how he loosened up after the water; did what he had to do, dropped the 'image' game, and went to work. And that is the kind of leader that he will be.
