Perhaps this is completely unfair but I looked up the recruiting history of two other deceptively fast receivers...Jordan Shipley and Ryan Swope.
Shipley: 79 catches, 1717 yds, 22 TDs, 10 INTs as DB during his senior year; listed as 6'0" 180 lbs; 4.41; 5.8 four star, 18th ranked WR
Swope: 1826 yds rushing, 8 ypc avg, 21 catches, 443 yds receiving, 31 TDs during his senior year; listed as 6'0" 195 lbs; 4.42; 5.7 three star, 44th ranked ATH

Alot of these rankings have to do with a kid being projected beyond college. Not many guys who fit his description play in the NFL. I have seen him in person play several times and would agree that there are not too many receivers in the country in high school that have the hands and the ability as Quinn.
