I'm not sure who is the dumbest in this group: Vince, his "financial advisor", or whoever from Pro Player approved the loan.
And given that said Pro Player Funding LLC is out of New York and was offering 20% interest rates, that loan officer may end up in the East River.

If you're on record as thinking that this is true you would absolutely have to stand by the statement that the 1.9 million 20% loan is a lie
If he has money stashed away, there is a 0% chance he takes out that loan
