I'll watch, but only in hopes that there's another Joe Wilson moment.
I may actually watch cable news afterwards, too, to see the leftist reaction to Rubio/Rand. It'll be the first time I've paid any real attention to the propaganda machine since the election. I want to see who they try to destroy harder. That'll be a clear indication of who they feel is the bigger threat.

I can no longer watch the guy either.
I will swoop in for Rubio, and Paul...and the analysis. Hoping they catch Nugent clowning and being 'disrespectful'.  If he does, I might break my fast and watch Matthews just to see the indignant scowl on his face.

I can't think of anything much less useful than a president giving a state of the union address. How many here need a person to tell them where they stand financially, economically and emotionally?

Not watching. It's all just emotional BS. Tell some inspiring stories about individuals in the crowd, vague patriotism, etc.
Never a word about what is and isn't actually working. NEVER an admission that the party in power was EVER wrong about anything.
