Held to answer does not mean execution... IMO
And secondly, "Times of War" which I would assume it intended to mean battle. The administration made it clear that they can kill Americans even if no attack is imminent.

Obama is as much of a patriot as any of you whining in this thread.
You may not agree with how he is doing things...god knows I dont at times...but he is doing things that "he" feels is best for this country.
