Obama not even in the top 5, maybe 10 on a global scale...Ronald Reagan was the most powerful president in recent history by far, and those were the days when the US military might was feared around the world, and his was the finger on the button.
I bet more people remember him even today over Obama, globally.

It's obama and it's not remotely close. Not counting the pope because people just know "of the pope". They don't know his name, what he looks like, etc. Second most is a good question though. I'd guess George Bush or Lionel Messi.
