The new guy isn't as well known yet but the leader of North Korea seems logical.
1. It's a fricked up arse country and everyone on the planet knew who he was even if they didn't know much about him.
2. North Korea is so disconnected from the rest of the world that essentially makes him more well known by default.
Since you have to take everyone on the planet minus most people in North Korea for most other people
