hey gang. quick note.
a few of the regulars in the CoC chat have migrated over to using an iphone application called GroupMe. The chat is much better there. Auto-Correct, no backspacing to edit, we can add pictures and links.

Right now, I just look for someone that appears to have weaker defenses (lower level walls, only a few cannons, archers & mortar). I think that part of my problem is that I can only have 70 troops total (less if I use giants). I've leveled up warriors and goblins so far to level 2. Maximum, I can store 51,000 elixir currently. I do have one of my elixir storage being upgraded to level 6 right now which will get my to 76,000. So, the only troop unit I can upgrade right now are archers. Is it worth it? Or should I work to improve my elixir storage and production?

Upgrade troops always because you can upgrade your storages simultaneously

So my new favorite raid is targeting the guys with level 4 dragons, level 5 barbarian kings, that decimate my town and hitting their dark elixer storage with 3 level 4 lightning spells and getting 700-2000 dark elixer.
They may have taken 200k elixer and gold but I'd much rather get over 1k dark elixer in return, I'll also just release a ton of goblins on their gold mines.
Not like they can revenge me.
