Seb isn't my kid, but I know the family.
I was having lots of trouble with matchmaking, hopefully this maintenance will address that issue. Got in one battle around 3 during a maintenance break and got enough coins to begin building of my clan castle

took 10 goblins a few archers and I had all his loot. His mortar took 2 shots to kill my goblins. Before it would fire theyd destroy the resources and move while the shot was in the air. missed 3 times. 
took his canon out with 5 archers and then his TH. Basically got all of it and his TH with 15ish troops .

Just so you know lee, the edges and beach do not provide protection. Neither does trees, bushes, rocks, etc but they do benefit defense as an attack can't launch by them and you can use it to funnel peoplw
