i'm more surprised in seeing jeff garcia training him

garcia has a better chance of making it back to the league than JR

yeah, that got anchored on the rant. I still wanna know whose bright idea it is to start publicizing his comeback when he still a fricking fatass.

he needs to hire Marcus Dupree to train him.

well at least that's in day 1...I assume we'll see a full body transformation by the end. I'm rooting for him

ETA: do we even know how long ago that was filmed? he could already be down a bunch of weight since this was shot

Great comment from the article:

$31.5M reasons he's coming back, but 315lb why he can't.

He should just transition to OT.

He still looked pretty athletic for being that big.

Damn he's big

Looks like he still has a lot left on the arm though. Dude can still zip the shite out of the ball.

If he could drop 45 or so I think a team would give him a look

Ya, he is a monster, but that arm is still very much alive as I can tell.

Jeff Garcia looks like he could kick some serious arse still. JaMarcuss looks like he ate a lot of bacon.

Wow, he's big.

If I was a NFL Team, it wouldn't matter how many pounds he's dropped, he's still an idiot.

I bet he can still hurl that ball with some velocity though...

Cam Newton is 6'5" 250 what is JR 6'6" 310-320 right now? Looks if he lost 20 pounds he may warrant an invite to a camp at least.

I imagine any contract he got would have a lot of stipulations

It's going to take more than 20

I think he's going to need to lose 45-60 for people to take him seriously

Well when I first started watching I was like meh, not terrible shape.

Then he went up with the white tee and was throwing balls around.

Putting him next to Jeff Garcia is hilarious. They should make it a reality tv show, and put Lorenza on there too.
