I do agree there are big fish there. But releasing 100 2lb 13 in fish every summer trip is rediculous.
My personal preference would be 5 under 14 and 5 over 14 per person

80 - 100 fish days will be gone in 4 to 5 years...then ppl will bitch about not catching anything
