Gordon, who has still not been medically cleared to play back-to-back games because of the rehabilitation protocol surrounding his right knee, said he has benefited greatly from the rest.

"This has been big for me, definitely," Gordon said. "We had a lot of games on the road (five in eight nights last week), and even before the road trip we had a lot of games and it kind of wore down on me.

"I had some back spasms a little bit. It was tough for me to move around. I was hitting a lot of 3s during the trip, but it was really hard for me to maneuver around and get to the basket much. I'm definitely feeling better and fresher."

He had been looking pretty stiff/gimpy on the court lately.

based on the T-Wolves game, i'm sure rest will be good for the entire team. it was pretty bullshite that the NBA had the hornets play that many games consecutively on the road in 3 different time zones...but whatever. i suppose every team has to deal with something similar.

As long as we don't hear anything else about that knee, i'm fine with whatever they have to do to keep him healthy. Other minor bumps and bruises don't worry me.
