Anybody carry these regularly? Is he quality still good? I'm sure they're not like they used to be, but I'm wondering if they're still good.

Everyday. The one I have was given to me by my dad a long time ago. Great little knife.

Carry a Peanut every day- still made in the US, good little knife.

I have the CV blades, get stainless- the CV blades will get a little rusty if you use them in the saltwater, but a brillo pad takes care of it.

Stopped carrying a case a few years ago. Its a solid knife but I picked up a spyderco endura. It quickly became my go to. Recently I picked up a spyderco mannix 2 xl and it is superb. Tough as nails, big as shite, stays SHARP.

My grandfather collected knives, and I have two Case knives that are at least 50 years old (one was a knife you sent off for in an old magazine.) They are both of comparable quality to the newer one I got when I was in high school 12 years ago. I don't carry it anymore, but still a good knife.

Buy the CV blade and stick it in an Irish potatoe for about 2 weeks. Pull blade out of tater and it will be tarnished with a dull blackness on the blade. Resharpen and never worry about rust again.

I do not frequent saltwater though

A small Stockman SS, red bone Trapper SS, yellow trapper CV, Pocket Worn red bone Trapper SS and the top stockman my dad found laying in the road. The blades are very, very worn on that one.
The only two I carry are the yellow trapper and the Pocket Worn trapper.
I really like the feel of the pocket worn. I highly recommend them.

I just realized, every one of these knives were gifts. I have never bought one.
