How many people have you heard say "NFL (or NBA) is a different ballgame" compared to college. Yes, it is essentially the same sport...but there's a difference.
How many people on here love college football but don't like the NFL?
How many people on here love the NBA and think college basketball is weak?

Can't buy the argument. The difference in style of play between the college and pro game is no different from the differences in say La Liga and the EPL. I know a Bundesliga/Bayern fan who does not like watching the EPL.
