I thought he dropped a part of his tranny. But I think the shitting oil part is the most correct.

His right rear tire explodes and that's what looks like something is shooting out from that area. Other than that, I don't think he left any mechanical parts on the ground.
What was he trying to do in the first place? Can't imagine anything ending well in that scenario.

There's not even much salvage left.
All the body panels are bent, trans may be broke, fan is probaly through the radiator.
I'm sure the seats are ruined.
