Do Saints realistically have a shot at Ed Reed?

I hope to god we have a good shot at him regardless of tonight's outcome. He will want one of two things, retirement or a 2nd or 3rd ring.

Come on down and play for the team you grew up by Ed!

Why do you guys want this dude so bad? He's 34 and made of glass.

Wow, that pick was awesome.

We NEED this guy.
Could be a new Sharper.

I think the shot is better if the Ravens win and since Lewis will retire

Who ever thought about picking up Darren sharper at age 34 was fricking stupid. I bet we don't even win a game... Oh wait.

Mike Detiller said that there is not way in hell that Ed Reed plays for the Saints. I hope he is wrong.

Roman Harper is whatever fricking age he is and has about as many career interceptions as Ed has in the postseason. Plus Ed can tackle and not look like a fool all over the field.

He hates playing in the dark, so I say no.

prolly too spendy, especially for the age/injury risk factor

I think Indy and the Pats will go after him stronger than the Saints, if they do at all.

He was talking up his hometown for a good 20 mins on NFLN after the game. Who knows, could happen

Yes. Flacco is going to eat $20 million in cap space under the exclusive franchise tag. Ed Reed played his last game as a raven

This. I mean he has his ring now, so he could retire, but why not come back home and try to give the home team one more title before heading off into the sunset?
