I don't get the hatred for the LCP trigger. I've shot it plenty and got used to the trigger quickly.

The 238 is the 380 model right? My cousin has the 938 9 mil, and it is the best "pocket gun" under a grand I've ever messed with.

Disclaimer: it will not be ccw right now.

She grew up a city slicker and has limited firearm experience. I need to get her somethin to practice with and get comfortable with a handguns.

She's come a long way with long guns.

mine is from NOLA and now she loves it and is a damn good shot with her pistol and all of mine. i have no doubt she could handle some of my friends shooting. i also have no doubt about her hitting her target when under distress. we've worked on different situational aspects of self defense and she really enjoys doing that too, or so she tells me

I guess once you get used to the long trigger pull it's not so bad. When I shot my dad's at the range, more than once I thought I had a misfire because of the trigger pull.

It would just be for posterity's sake. Plus I could carry it in the front pocket of one of those frat shirts.
