It's really hard for me to pick a favorite, but right now I would say "Love Minus Zero/No Limit" and "It's All Over Now, Baby Blue" are at the top of my list.

I love Shelter From the Storm, but when I try and hook people on Dylan, it's on his absurdity. In that vein, my favorite is:

It's Alright Ma, I'm Only Bleeding.

Buckets of Rain.

Today anyway. It's going to be something from BOTT or Positively 4th Street. I am a very decisive person.

Idiot Wind without doubt.

Isis rocks my socks off

Masters of War is bad arse and one of those songs that applied just as well in the 60's as it does today.

I don't have a favorite, so I'll just mention one of my favorites that hasn't been brought up yet.

"Went to see the gypsie"

I really like the organ on New Morning.

can't pick, but i find myself singing Visions of Johanna and Spanish Boots (or Girl From The North Country) a lot. also Tangled Up In Blue. I don't listen to Hurricane often, but epic. Desolation Row, Maggie's Farm. Okay, i can't do it.

Newer stuff, Time out of Mind (1997?) has some good ones. Not Dark Yet.

I cant even comment because it changes so frequently, but search Elston Gunn for some pretty great unreleased Dylan stuff on Youtube.

Up there with the Beatles, young people will never know how important he was in the 60's-70's...
