Patato Salad, Hot or Cold

Spinoff from the recipe suggestion thread.
I like it warm just after its been made or an hour or so after.
Ill still eat it cold... after I stick it in the microwave to knock the cold off of it. I dont let it get steaming hot.

I love it warm after it is freshly made. Thereafter, it must be cold (for me).

Lucy likes it room temp. I like it cold. So, she always eats hers after I make it and then I get the rest in the fridge. Since I can't finish it the dogs get the last serving. They said they prefer it cold.

Even tough I grew up close to North LA, and had a grandmother from the MS coast, who made gumbo a lot, I never had potato salad in gumbo until I came to S. LA. Now, I prefer it over rice. It's really very good.

I like it warm as the flavors stand out more so than cold.
