NY already had a 10 round mag limit before the new ban.

The vet is stating that the mags he bought were pre-ban, but the new law made the pre-ban mags illegal too.

So you can't even drive through the state with the big mags? It's not just the second amendment they're ignoring.

Whether or not you think the law is stupid or not, the guy was still in violation of the law and should have been arrested. As a judge told me, ignorance isn't an excuse to violate the law.

Sounds like we very well might have the first test case of whether or not the 2nd amendment also pertains to high capacity magazines. This should be a fascinating legal argument.
