Most say no, some say Sony is working a way to make it backwards compatible through the Clouds or PS Store.
20 days and we'll know for sure, but certainly don't expect it.

If this is indeed the Playstation 4 announcement.
I think Sony would look a little foolish with all that "We're waiting for Microsoft to show their cards first" talk. Not that it didn't look a little silly to begin with.
