Lure the defense into thinking JOB was just setting a screen to get the ball to your shooting guard (Stringer) that was double teamed. Then roll off over the top where there's no help.

It was definitely by design and frankly it was sort of obvious. When we broke CJJ yelled down to JOB to cut hard using a hand motion. Nothing discreet about it. Even with that said... I don't think anyone would have guessed Mizz would have played it so bad.
