All I have seen is, let them pay higher taxes, come to existence by this administration. The very wealthy and also everyone else is paying some higher tax rate. We have seen no cuts in spending and no budget. carry on.

It wasn't really cuts. The administration stacked up a ton of spending into 3Q12.
Why would they do such an odd thing? I'm sure you can come up with something...
