Who wants to see Lucas Black in a Western?

Saw five minutes of Black in Crazy In Alabama. His character, PeeJoe, was one of his redneck kid roles. This movie is crap but he got roles in some movies that were popular if not highly acclaimed. I haven't seen him in anything since Jarhead.
Has anyone seen his adult roles like in movies like Seven Days In Utopia or Promised Land? If you have, is he good in them?
If anyone shoots a Western in the near future, I would love to see him in it. If they do an Open Range sequel he could be in it with Duvall & Costner. Looks like he's already worked with Duvall in Seven Days in Utopia & Get Low This pic from one of the Fast & the Furious movies, it looks like he could play Bandit in a Smokey & the Bandit remake too, but I want ato see him in a serious Western.
If no one does a Western soon, we should at least get him as a regular on the best current TV Western, Justified. I want to see him talking like he has a dip in his mouth the way he did in ATPH.
Anyone else want to see him in a Western as an adult.

Yeah his retard/redneck voice would be perfect for Justified.

He was unintentionally hilarious in Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift

If he can pull off a performace like Tokyo Drift then he might win an Oscar. Some great lines from Tokyo Drift....

Neela: Like everything else just disappears...
Shawn Boswell: No past and no future...
Neela: No problems. Just the moment...

I saw him in Seven Days in Utopia and Get Low. He's a very god actor with a likeable presence. He makes a very likeable and sympathetic leading man. I haven't seen him be challenged yet, as all of his roles have been pretty similar. I'd definitely make a point of seing any movie that he's in.

Yes. Its a stealth God movie.
I'd have been okay with the movie being about finding Jesus if they would have started off with that from the beginning. But, with about 10 mins left of movie, without any reference to it whatsoever, they throw it in there and then make it all about that.
Then, they dont tell you how the movie ends. They want you to go to this website, watch this guys devotional, buy his book, and then see if he makes the final putt.
I don't have a problem with christian themed movies, God, Religion, etc. I do have a problem with not promoting it as such, duping people into seeing it, then trying to make money off of them by making them go to your little website. I wonder if the theater owners even knew what the movie was about. I dont think most places showed it for more than a week.

It was super corny which was no big deal I just didn't think it was a good movie due to the ridiculous training methods and the cliche issue with his dad. But 30 minutes left and all of a sudden during a lesson rober Duvall starts laying his hands on the dude and I'm like wtf, I seriously thought he was about to start speaking in tongues. And that was the only theme the rest of the movie, salvation and getting right with the lord. And I won't rant about the TERRIBLE acting in the final scene. It was hilariously bad.

He would do well as The Kid if they ever make Blood Meridian.

Yes, him in that role is why I want to see him in a Western as an adult and I think I would like seeing him as a bad guy.
ETA: elprez00 & iwy,
Thanks for the warning. If he did that kind of movie he may be the type that won't do bad guy roles. That would be a waste of talent.
