not to mention at the end of the day these music shows aren't as "live" as they want the viewer to think, and on top of that..

Is it really all scripted to begin with?! :O

ETA: Back on topic, sorry for derailing this one... GO FRINGE!

I don't listen to most of them after the shows. once producers get their hands on them they start putting out recycled garbage you hear every day on pop radio. you get to see their real talent when the cover classics during the competition

I don't really care if the singing is live or not I enjoy it either way don't care for the other theatrics, only watch for the singing.

I guarantee you JJ got the idea for this from fans trying to "decrypt" the highlighted letter from the city names on Alias.

I'm guessing that was common knowledge among Fringe fans. I was really late to the Fringe party!!

Yeah - but it's still cool to go back and see what words match up with what episodes.

looking at that link the first word for the pilot was observer. I can't remember were there any observer sightings in the pilot or was that just jj's way of saying what's coming

I seriously don't know why I love lost girl, but it is so much fun!

I'm on episode 6 season 1 by the way, if you want to we can probably start talking about it once we both finish season 1

You've got my vote for the Roger Ebert Droppie.

It's so bad it's good and it's Buffy-esque in its dynamic... so there's a pinch of nostalgia.

I just noticed I was put into that category.. what the heck?

I thought the droppie was just for the OT, now I'm confused.. I wasn't even nominated for anything on the M/TV itself.. xD

Just started Season 3 last night. I'm totally addicted. I will be so lost when I don't have episodes to watch

Why the hell would you post that in this thread..?? Terrible move.

Myth, keep us posted on how you're doing with it. It was a fantastic series, and one that I plan to rewatch one day once the last season comes out on DVD. I feel like it's far less confusing if you can marathon it instead of waiting week to week (same with Lost, actually).

I didn't think it was worthy of its own thread. You can't even really read it at the size I have it posted... so it's not like you're "accidentally" going to read something unless you right-click.

BA - I don't know how it happened... just seems right that it did. I guess it means that all the non-hard core/casual M/TV Board folks think yer alright.

So I'm currently trying my best to be caught up with all of my tv 100%, will probably succeed by Aug. of this year.. I think we are going to go on a Game of Thrones marathon at my house at that point... it and The Walking Dead
