Has anyone heard a single thing regarding these amnesty recipients and some sort of assimilation program? Are we really just going to say welcome to America and make us like the country you left?

All I can say is when you have 11 million immigrants that suddenly become legal, they are no longer be doing grass cutting jobs, they are going to want better jobs, it will not turn out well for the taxpayers of this country. Not to mention, when you legalize 11 million, do you think others are going to stop trying to come over the border??? Our Border Patrol is so overrun today it is disgraceful...

Almost all proposals include learning English as a component.
Also, The belief that the border is being overrun doesn't jive with actual stats.

There are already not enough jobs for American so lets just create more Americans. True Americans will loose jobs to those who are "bilingual". This only encourages more to sneak across because they see that they will eventually get what they want.
