If he did it 3 times and he probably didn't have money for bail or a lawyer, so maybe.

Bail is usually reduced after a while to give a possibly innocent person a chance to live their life while fighting the charges.
His family must be way below the poverty line.

Read on twitter that MTV is casting for season 2.
Im sure they'll have plenty applicants. But how stupid do you have to be to get fooled, at this point? If you're applying for the show you obviously watch it and know that all Nev does is a google search.
I bet we're gonna have friends just looking to get free flights across the country and tv time
