Do something that uses Napa wine do deglaze.

Too many flavors aren't always a good thing.

Also apparently San Fransisco is known for bread bowls? Never heard of that, but I read it.

They love clam chowder served in sourdough bread bowls. Cart vendors everywhere - especially in the tourist sections. Better than hot dogs. San Fran is as cold and rainy as Seattle so they hit the spot.

I had pretty damn good food in Baltimore. Those hot brown (edit: pit beef) sandwiches are fricking good and great Italian food.

crab and corn soup in a bread bowl sounds pretty good to me.
