One time he had Bregman stay at the plate after Lamarche walked him and just put another runner on first.

i've seen him do that twice with bregman already myself. guess he really wants him to get his at bats.

Not sure what his number was, but on Saturday I stopped by and saw some of the scrimmage and I remember seeing a guy named Yocum, and I think he was playing SS

2B

Casey Yocom
Jared Foster

SS
Alex Bregman

Jared Foster

3B

Tyler Moore
Casey Yocom

LF
Raph Rhymes
Alex Edward
Sean McMullan

CF
Mark Laird
Chris Sciambra
Andrew Stevenson

RF
Chris Sciambra

you have sciambra's and lairds positions mixed up. looks pretty good otherwise. also i think katz is solidified at first so i would probably put mcmullen or stevenson as the first backup to RF. just my opinion.

I thought I read somewhere that Sciambra was moving to right because he had the stronger arm but Laird covered more ground with his speed.

i dont know but in every scrimmage i've gone to (4 i think) sciambra has been in center and laird has been in right.

Probabaly so. He didn't see anything close when he got walked. Ended up hitting a sac fly to deep right.

Sciambra needs to be in center imo. He was starting to play real well when he got injured last year.
