just do my usual thing, Z .. go to the dome and look for tickets .. it worked for the last two NOLA super bowls .. just gotta be willing to walk in 38 seconds before kickoff ..

So you drop a grand a ticket? Do you make the scalper walk you to the gate?

I disagree 100%, I couldn't care less about any celebs or whatnot. I'm always up for a party, I like to be around people and enjoy all that the city that I live in has to offer. It's cool experience to be down there and take it all in. I also have 2 young kids that are extremely excited about going to the NFL experience. I will be in front a TV for the game, probably sitting in my own living room. I have no interest in being at the game whatsoever, so you go ahead and spend your $1000 per ticket, paying for $10 beers to watch 2 teams that you have no vested interest in while I'm chilling at the house watching on a big flat screen, sipping on some cold ones, eating boiled crawfish.

I would spend 500 each to go to this game. But I don't even think its worth my time to try.

I'll try next time the circus comes to town. I could definitely shell out this cash though for a pair. Where were the location and howcome the people were selling?

bring a grand with you, be patient and take a shot at it .. you'd be surprised at how many people have been given 4 tickets by their company for the game and only need two of them and just want to get rid of them on their way in .. as in it is all profit for them .. or the ones that bought 4 on stub hub and the buddies bailed at the last minute and they just have to get something for them ..

eta: my budget is $2K for two and i am not going to sit on row 107 in the terrace .. mid level or lower terrace is my target ..

i remember being on about the 10th row or so in the end zone .. the guy just walked up to me (had my fingers up) and said he had gotten them through a corporate sponsor and to make him an offer .. he took it ..

eta: for the first one .. i actually got them on bourbon street the night before the game from a drunk as shite packers fan ... the next day, at the game, i heard the people next to us saying "where's david ? i thought those were his seats" ..
