The key to flipping eggs without breaking the yolks is to have quick, soft hands. Think Marques Colston here.
I grease my pan with butter, not so hot as to burn the butter, don't flip until the first side is completely cooked to your preference.
Swirl the pan to get the egg moving a bit, when the egg gets to the 12 o'clock position in the pan, tilt pan down a bit, flick wrists forward and catch the egg softly. If you do it right it won't break.
Try it a few times over the sink first lest you piss the wife off.
