The Toronto Raptor use to be purple but they changed that when the mascot was constantly referred to as Barney the Dinosaur

The team's "pinwheel" logo, originally designed by the cousin of former Blazer executive Harry Glickman, is a graphic interpretation of two five-on-five basketball teams lined up against each other. One side of the pinwheel is red; the other side is silver (formerly black or white). The logo has gone from a vertical alignment to a slanted one starting in the 1991 season, creating a straight edge along the top[3] also its suppose to look like a lower case t and b as somewhat.

A few thoughts: Bulls logo is badass. The Memphis Grizzlies and GS Warriors current logos are huge improvements over their immediate predecessors. I kind of like the old "The City" logo. I also like the spurs changing to silver and black from the rainbow brite look. I understand why the Bullets changed their name, but Wizards is just terrible and that logo is awful.
