I think he plans to release the game once he feels good about where it is but like Minecraft it will get updates that add features at no extra cost. At least that's what he said a few months ago.

Yeah he is aware of his fan base and by doing this it will go over well with everyone. I know I wouldn't want to play something that they rushed out the door....*COUGH* WarZ *COUGH*
