Mine was Dickie Brennan's, about 13 years ago. Wife (girlfriend at time) and I went in. It was probably our third time there. We were young then, but I bartended, she waited tables. We used to go out and drop serious money on dinner and hook up our servers well.

But this time, our server was a bitch. Older lady, obviously assumed we were cheap. Didn't tell us any specials, paid no attention. After we ordered, we heard her tell the next table a bunch of specials, one of which I wanted. So we asked why she didnt tell us the specials. She says "we don't have any." Wife says "we just heard you tell them." Waitress says "Oh, that's not specials, just stuff not on the menu. I didn't think you'd be interested." on and on like that for 2 hrs. Didn't go back for 10 years.

Also, on honeymoon. Waiter at restaurant was a fricking dick. We still tipped 20% (former bartender and waitress). Overheard him say to a co-worker that he totally pre-judged us but was wrong.
