What an awesome ending.
FINALLY, we get some real honest-to-goodness conflict in that family.
With Jim'a arrogance and Pam's constant bad attitude, it seemed impossible to me that they never had bad fights.
That relationship was always kinda nauseatingly perfect.
In one scene, we bring all the realism back to the show...
The camera crew and the realization that these are real people who have formed relationships with the office workers over 9 years.
Also, we get to see how a mother raising an infant alone and a very stressed out father working in a different city would not have the perfect relationship.
The show had gotten to the point where there were really no consequences for any whacky thing they'd do.
It looks like those consequences are returning.
With Pam and Jim, maybe with the Erin love triangle.
In fact, we know that a cast member will be fired on Valentine's day.
It's good to see this show acknowledging that the end is near.

I'm loving this season.
My only complaint is how Dwight has gone off the deep end.
I realize they are showing how poorly he copes with change but its not realistic for Dwight to do a "fire in the hole" especially in a Dunder Mifflin truck.
I was on reddit last night and one person asked why the camera crew doesn't just give Pam footage of CCs dance recital.
Another poster said its probably because not everything is actually filmed by the crew and we actually see a lot of non-filmed footage on the show.
