I think they are alright but I think its hilarious that someone who is too high and mighty to like Garth Brooks would pick those bands. Rednecks and 12-15 year olds love Metallica and AC/DC.

It's kind of dumb they play it before basketball games now.
I love it before football games.
For baseball they used to play it randomly during one pitching change late in the game. And it was the studio version. Which is a little more subdued for a baseball game. Not the live yell o version.
This is how it should be.

It's unique. That's what makes it so damn good. Metallica? Really? This isn't some WWE event. It's a football game that a bunch of drunk coonasses are watching. The lyrics are simple, tunes catchy, what's not to love?
