Call Turbo Tax- I believe they have an option to pay a CPA to review your form- may be cheaper in the long run

They charge 5% penelty per month in addition to interest. Say roughly 8% per month total, and at a principal of 2,600 it would only take between 8-9 months for it to double. Not worth the hassle nor the risk.
