Fight Club and American Psycho. I don't know if we're counting comic books as books but Kick-arse.

KickAss was on TV the other night. It was funny to watch how they tried to bleep everything or change the words.

The movie only got 1 star, but I have to put it as one of my top superhero movies. Hit Girl's fight sequences are really awesome and there are some really funny parts to this movie. It's nonstop and also from now on every time I hear the song "Crazy" I think of the dope smoking scene in the Mistmobile.

Book is better, and I'm a fan of the movie.

I would say it is on par with the book, both of which caught me at the right moment in life and got me into reading outside of the school curriculum. 8 years later, I have an undergrad degree in English. Palahniuk and Fincher both inspired me with one story to read for pleasure.

I'm a huge fan of both the movie and the book, but I think the book edges the movie.

ETA: I see several people beat me to this one.
