Are they getting random shipments of AR's? I feel like they are getting more than the Veterans one. I should go to the Harahan one more the people at the Veterans Academy have lied to me before.

From what I can gather that's what's going on. They don't know what they're getting in shipments they just know they're getting them so no telling who is going to get what.
The Clearview one has definitely had more stuff than the vets one though.
