OG we are in agreement here.
I like hamburger with a little fat to give the burger more flavor so not too lean for me
Salt pepper hot griddle cook medium well get a bun and what you like on it.
Never used truffle oil on my burgers. We just shave a little truffle on top and let it go at that.

I'm in the less is more camp. Tony's or S&P. Grab a handful of beef, shake some Tony's & fold that handful over (thus, the middle is seasoned). Shape into patties and season top and bottom. Den you cook dat.
