Phil McConkey was a nobody when he played. He was the team mascot. For him to take any kind of a shot a Drew is a joke. Didn't this clown play with the biggest drug addict the NFL has ever had, aka Lawerance Taylor? Isn't LT in financial trouble too? Who would publish anything this arse clown has to say. If Phil McConkey had played in St. Louis or Jacksonville, or Kansas City, NO ONE would have ever heard of him. His run is from 1 thing, playing in New York. Without him playing for the Giants he would be as well known as Rich Mauti outside of New Orleans. Just another body.

A bitter has been -- who never really "was" -- who thinks that the NFL should make sure that he gets to live the life of a multimillionaire for the rest of his life because he was a below-average player who never really made any money to begin with. Looks like his BOOK just didn't sell -- or, probably, he blew all the money he made off the book and now wants current players to pay for his f*ck-ups.
