I just get camo and army from that.
If not black and white and greyscale then red. There are no other choices imo.
What about the Hollywood board logo totally emoed up in black and white no saints gold?

Out of curiosity, stout, how does it look to have the top of the board in letter box? In other words, black bar where "My profile, My Posts, My Bookmarks, Sign Out," is, white under that, and then black bar under that, above "Home, LSU, SECRant.com, etc."
Might look like shit, but just curious.

Pretty sure the reason Godfather is mad is because he has started like 5 threads on this and been trying to make something happen for like three years now. He finally gets it narrowed down to a few after basically a 13 page nomination thread that everybody had a chance to get some say in and now it's just the same thing in the voting thread.

The suggestion thread was like 3 people taking to each other. They came up with some limited options. Once it was put to a vote more options became available. No need for anyone to get their panties in a wad.

How is it my problem y'all didnt offer suggestions in the suggestion thread? Everyone had a chance. If y'all want to do more suggestions that's great, have fun. I'm just not getting involved anymore right now. Ill just offer suggestions... In the suggestion thread.

No one said it was your fault but I think a lot of people didn't see it amongst all of the stickies. I know I didn't and did not know about it until someone on another board mentioned yesterday and that's why I was late making suggestions.
ETA Plus it was up for only a week before you moved into the voting. I was still posting suggestions as were a few other people. On the GB we let ours run like 3 weeks to make sure everyone got heard.

#1 is truly where it's at. Would be the best board design on TD.com. #2 would be a travesty, and is worse than the gaming board.

Look, not to be an a-hole, because you have every right to be pissed off, but the voting thread was made on the 15th. Stout's suggestions of the hollywood sign font in black and white were made the 14th in the suggestion thread, which was stickied. It obviously wasn't too late to get his input since the Hollywood sign font with a red background made it to the voting thread.
My question is: how did the red one make it but not the black and white one? What criteria were used to eliminate the black and white one and keep the red one? I'm pretty sure when they were suggested, the black and white one had more interest in the first place.
I can't tell you how much it is appreciated by this board that someone has taken the time to do something like this. It is not an easy undertaking. But I don't think the board should be stuck with a logo it doesn't approve of. If it turns out that #1 wins later on, so be it. You can't please everyone, as you've said. But the fact that the black and white Hollywood logo has received resounding support but wasn't included in the voting thread indicates there was a misstep in the transition from the suggestion thread to the voting thread. Hopefully the next voting thread fixes it and we can get a logo that is desired by most.
