Has to be the Tampa Bay Bucs

As much as I love my Bucs, not a snowball's chance in hell as long as the Glazers are running things.

The Glazers are infinitely better than the Culverhouses. During the Culverhouse era, the Bucs were one of the cheapest (and most profitable) teams in the NFL. The Bucs turnaround in the late 90s can be mostly attributed to the change of ownership. The problem with the Glazers these days is that they're more preoccupied with that other team across the Atlantic.
